The difference between a trust and a will

Brittaney didn't understand the difference between a trust and a will. Her membership with LegalShield enabled her to gain the knowledge she needed. Now she she is able to appoint the right trustees to oversee her fund after she has left this earth. She really needed to know the difference because she really didn't trust her children to oversee her fund although they are the beneficiaries. Brittaney now has peace of mind that her estate will be taken care off the correct way and is happy about her decision to keep her membership.
